Food has taken me across continents, into communities, kitchens, and gardens that have shaped the way I live and share. What started as a personal journey turned into a calling—to support others in reconnecting with food, the land, and themselves.

I spent over three years living, learning, and cooking in this off-grid permaculture community deep in the jungle. It’s where I really came into rhythm with the land—growing food, cooking daily for the community, and discovering how nourishment is a whole system, not just a plate.

I designed and prepared nourishing meals that supported their focus, energy, and overall health—creating a sense of comfort and balance during an intense, fast-paced environment."
